1.) What size dresses do you carry?
We carry all sizes from 0 to size 32. Also we can do offer custom sizing and make to your specific measurements. All of our dresses are first quality, which means they are brand new from the manufacturer.


2.)Do you have a Catalog you can send me?
In order to keep our prices down we do not have catalogs to send out. Our entire catalog is featured online. If you would like to save a picture on your computer you can do so by clicking on the image with your right mouse button. A pop up window will appear and you will want to click "save image as" another window will appear showing you the name and folder your picture will be saved in. Click the Save button and your picture will be available for you to print out and view at your leisure.


3.) Why are your dresses so inexpensive?
Due to our relatively low overhead and our high volume of sales we can pass along these beautiful dresses at extremely low, low prices. We guarantee you the lowest prices so if you find a dress online or offline for less just let us know. We will be happy to beat any prices.

4.) Do you have a store I can visit?

We are strictly an online store and do not have any retail locations. Our office address is posted on our site for the convenience of returns and exchanges.


5.) What happens if when I get my dress it doesn't fit?
Unlike most bridal salons and wedding websites, which have the return policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, worldofdress.com now has one of the best wedding dress Return and Exchange policies in the industry.


6.) How do I know what size to order?
We have provided a size chart for all of the dresses on our site. You can also print the "How to Measure" page and use it as a reference. To save time and to ensure accuracy we suggest you have a professional seamstress measure you for the most accurate sizing. Some of our dresses can be ordered to your measurements for an additional charge, so if you need a larger size than our size chart offers contact us by phone or email and we can help you!


7.) How long will it take for my dress to arrive?

8.) How do I place my order with you?
You can place an order with us online, by fax, phone, or mail. We have a secure server and gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Please see our Ordering Information page.

11.) What can I do if I don't like the dresses that I have received?
We made the items by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted. For the details please click Return & Exchange.


12.) Can you tell me how long it takes to complete the bridal gowns ?
Most dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 20 workdays. We are always committed to bringing you the work you are expecting within the shortest time possible without compromising its quality. Once you receive your dresses, we are positive you will be very pleased with the quality.


13.) To use which way that we can receive it ASAP when it is urgent ?

14.)What do I have to do to buy a wedding gown ?
The process could not be simpler...
Select the dress of your dreams.
Select the size of the dress. (It is better to order on the larger size and have the dress altered. Refer to our Measurement guide before ordering).
Add the dress to your order cart.
You can now go to the checkout or look for matching Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Mother of Brdie Dresses.
At the checkout, you will be asked for your method of payment.
And that`s it. We will send you a confirmation email telling you exactly what you have ordered.
Your dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 20 workdays.


15.) What happens if there is a problem with the dress ?
All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. We believe that our customers deserve the very best that the bridal market can provide.
